INFORMATION SHEET NO. 6/82

DEPECHE MODE INFORMATION

At your request I have enclosed the DEPECHE MODE information/items.
If there is anything else you would like to know about the
band please write to me. For information Sheet No. 7/82 send me
a stamped, self addressed envelope towards the end of June quoting
the number 7/82.

DEPECHE MODE NEWS : Dave would like us to express his gratitude
for all the birthday cards he received; he
didn't realise he had so many fans!

The first tow weeks in July have been declared
as an 'OFFICIAL MODE HOLIDAY', Martin an I
are off to Portugal and Andy tells us he's
going on a canal holiday! Dave and Jo are
jetting off to Greece on Tuesday 29th June so
if anyone wants to go and wave them off they'll
be flying from Gatwick Airport at about 11.00am.

RECORD NEWS : After the disapointing drop in the charts
from 12 to 17 on the 18th May "The Meaning of
Love" is not likely to be followed up by a
new release for a few months.

The new album - as yet untitled - will be
released around September.

MERCHANDISE : We hope to have a color photograph of the band
available next month (Please note - this will
not be autographed) along with another badge.

TOUR DATES : After the fantastic response DEPECHE MODE had
from the American fans we are pleased to
announce the Brittish Tour Dates for October.
